Minnedosa is a town in the Canadian province of Manitoba near 50°14'43?N 99°50'34?W? / ?50.24528°N 99.84278°W? / 50.24528; -99.84278. It is situated 32 miles north of Brandon, Manitoba. The name means "flowing water" in Sioux. The population of Minnedosa reported in the 2001 Statistics Canada Census is 2,426. [1]
