Torbay is a town on the outskirts of St. John's in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador,Canada. The towns population is quickly growing according to the 2006 census the population rose from 5,474 in 2001 to 6,281 up 14.7%. In 2008 the population sits at 7,115 [1]
