Portneuf is a county regional municipality in the Canadian province of Quebec. The county seat is Cap-Santé, Quebec. It is located at Latitude of 47°00' North and Longitude of 72°00' West. Portneuf has a paper mill called MPI Paper Mills of Portneuf [1]
